LG env3 master reset

Phone Settings>> Security menu?? 
When it asks for the "Phone Lock Code" It's the last 4 digits of your phone number or a password you set on the phone for locking.  it will ask a few times at different menus so try both.  i know i had to enter lock pwd code and then the last 4 of the phone number at another menu.

so if you can't see the screen i believe the options go as follows (1 being the first option)
