2003 ford explorer xlt won't start with battery fully charged

I went to start my 2003 Ford Explorer sport xlt and it wouldn't start. No dash lights other than the theft light (flashing) lit up when i turned the key. No clicking from a froze starter or any noise at all. Now when i turned the key to the off position and took it out of the ignition i heard a lot of clicking noises coming from under the steering column from a black back. hard to see what it was since it is my daughter's car and the seat is way up toward the front and i can barely get in there. The Seat lumbar works, but i have yet to check other things out.  we got the car off of someone and do not have the code for the keyless entry on the door. We do NOT have a remote for unlocking the doors. The power door locks do not work.

How to not be a victim of purchasing a stolen car unknowingly from a private owner

So we bought a car back in June.  Got it titled and registered in PA.  Called yesterday to get scheduled maintenance and they told us the VIN number didn't show in their system.  Alarm bells went off.  So he instructed us to call the Police.  We did and then the dealer instructed us to check another location for the VIN (the car has three, the door and the windshield matched).  After looking for the VIN in the third location, it was different.  It did not match the door and the windshield.  Upon further investigation we discovered the windshield was not factory, which is no big deal unless you have a VIN that doesn't show up in the Dealer's system.  The door VIN sticker looked a little different.  The cop called in the VIN from the third location and it seems the vehicle was stolen.  4 black males held up a woman at gun point in NJ.  They replaced the door and windshield VIN and windshield and shipped it out.  The gentleman we bought it from (who lived in Massachusetts) purchased it from 2 black males from NJ.  So either he had no idea or was in on the heist.  Needless to say the cops had to take the vehicle and we are left with a nightmare.  Something you see on a tv crime show.

Word to the wise if ever buying a vehicle personally owned, call the dealer with the VIN.  Have it checked out.  Just verifying the VIN does not work.  Our VIN verified fine, as you can see we had no issues registering and titling it.  They will tell you if it is in the system and also tell you the other locations to look for the VIN to verify they all match.

I am trying to go through all running instances of a workflow and set the association to "No New Instances".  So i found two resources where i combined and made my own script from pieces of both.  i ran into an issue throwing an error

questions about my droid razr:

• is there a way to turn off that whole initial selection of mirror, music, or gallery when i unlock my phone
• my camera won't display the image i want to take a picture of in the display.  picture takes fine
• music doesn't play out the cell phone speaker, only the headphone jack, is this normal?
• is there a way to make "face time" calls?

I just started using the phone but the screen is amazing.  i love the feel and touch sensitivity.  The weight, or lack there of, is great!

Answers:
so it seems to  my original Razr was defective.  It was showing me the connected to HDMI cable everytime i woke it from sleep, yet it wasn't connected to an hdmi cable.  That is why i was having the issues with camera and music.  It was trying to mirror it to another device.
