dell xps m1330 how do you remove dvd/cd combo drive?????

My daughter stuck something in my wife's cd/dvd drive.  is there a way
i can open it up or will i have to manually remove and replace it.  is
it hard to remove this drive?

She ended up sticking a piece of plastic in there.
